Questions about returning orders for replacement and/or refunds

Yes. All payments will be taken in Pounds Sterling, and delivery charges will be applied depending on your delivery location.

Every effort is made to ensure that goods arrive in perfect condition, but if for any reason you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at shop@bumbumtrain.com. We ask that you retain all relevant documentation and return it with the item.

We will refund the delivery fees charged by us in your original order. However we are only able to refund the least expensive delivery method. For example, if you chose for an order to be sent to you by express delivery, and later chose to return the item, then we would only be able to refund the cost of standard delivery for the same item. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you are a consumer and you wish to return an item you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item via email at shop@bumbumtrain.com and quote your order number. You must then return the item to us at 56 Andrews Road, London E8 4RL. Returned items must be undamaged and unworn. We may reduce or refuse a refund to reflect any damage or wear to any item you return to us that is caused by your use of such item beyond the minimum use necessary to inspect it on receipt.
